Since inception, the firm has organized three private equity funds through which it has raised more than $7 billion of committed capital. Broadly speaking, the firm pursues middle market private equity transactions. More specifically it looks to acquire controlling interests through a distressed debt acquisition strategy or directly acquiring assets in dislocated industries.
