The platform provides predominantly debt based funding for real assets in the construction and renewables sector. Equity for completed projects can also be traded through the marketplace enabling asset owners to cash out or fund new projects. LTAF Exchange provides an end-to-end solution for the renewables sector including Solar PV, BESS, Heat and Energy Projects and EV Charging. Verification of projects is undertaken through blockchain. Transactions can be processed cheaply and efficiently using the marketplace's legal library to generate the required paperwork.
