About Keeley Funds

Our founder, John L. Keeley, Jr., CFA, began his financial career as an analyst with the Standard Oil Company of Indiana Pension Plan in 1966. He continued to build his career, serving as an analyst with the London-based firm James Capel & Company and also with Seward Securities. In 1977, after several years of developing his stock selection acumen, and at the recommendation of his friends and industry contacts, Mr. Keeley founded Keeley Investment Corp. (KIC), a registered broker dealer to offer clients contract research. In 1982, Keeley Asset Management Corp., (KAMCO) was founded to offer investment solutions for individual and institutional clients. Today, Keeley manages $5 billion in assets and has 12 investment professionals averaging 27 years of experience. We offer seven mutual funds - both retail and institutional class shares, and will selectively build our team to offer compelling investment solutions and preserve our investment heritage. Recent investment team additions include Brian R. Keeley, CFA, who is Mr. Keeley's nephew and joined in 2006, and Kevin M. Chin, who joined in 2013 following a 22-year career at CRM Funds. Both Brian and Kevin serve as Portfolio Managers, and are dedicated to managing client assets for the long-term. At the 30,000-foot level, Keeley offers two distinct investment strategies designed to complement each other - our restructuring strategy and our dividend strategy. Our restructuring strategy focuses on companies undergoing major corporate change, which often involves a number of events that act as catalysts and direct our research team toward attractive opportunities. These types of events often share a common thread in that they create market inefficiencies where, for a period of time, there is little-to-no Wall Street research or sponsorship. We believe it is precisely these inefficiencies that offer us a notable edge and allows our team to invest below our fair market value assessment. Specifically, the Keeley Small
