About RS Participaties
RS Participaties is a private equity company that seeks to make firms more future-proof while still creating profit in the medium term. They do not, by definition, sit in the entrepreneur's chair, but they build the firms together on mutual trust, defined personal duties, and a shared love for entrepreneurship. Robin Smit created RS Participaties after being given the opportunity to invest in a firm owned by a good friend. This is how the concept of RS Participaties came about. RS Participaties was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Haarlem, Noord-Holland.
