Decent Capital is a venture capital firm with a cross-border presence. It was founded in 2007 by Jason Zeng, co-founder of Tencent Holdings Limited. Decent Capital has two teams, venture investment and asset management, with offices in Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore and the United States.
