Bay Capital is an independent investment management firm founded in 2006 by an experienced team of professionals focusing on themes that are direct beneficiaries of the India growth story. In 2012 we executed our first cross border investment and are now actively expanding our investment purview to other markets that offer promising investment opportunities. Our investments are targeted at opportunities across asset classes with our current suite of investments straddling private equity, publicly traded equities and fixed income which are executed on a deal by deal basis. We adopt an opportunistic investing style while being sector agnostic and our investments typically originate from within our vast network of relationships globally. A highly accomplished Board with global experience and reach provides strategic insights to the management team. Our investment approach is highly relationship driven where we actively engage with like-minded investors and investee companies and work with them as long-term partners in creating value for all stakeholders.
