Applied Real Intelligence LLC ("A.R.I.") is an investment manager focused on providing debt financing solutions to innovative, high-growth, VC-backed companies in recession-resistant sectors and underserved regions throughout North America. A.R.I. has dual missions of: (1) providing the Fund’s investors with exclusive access to “innovation” as an asset class, superior risk-adjusted returns, security of capital, and strong portfolio diversification benefits; (2) democratizing access to capital for all types of early-stage founders, including women, people of color, and other underrepresented groups. The strategy consists of short duration, floating-rate senior secured term loans combined with equity 'kickers' to VC-sponsored, revenue-generating companies. Loans range from $3mm to $30mm with equity warrant coverage of 5-20%
