About Direct Lending Investments
Direct Lending Investments is a SEC registered investment advisor with a primary focus on financing specialty finance companies. Our portfolios seek to generate current income through opportunistic investments, typically extending $50-$200 million asset-backed credit facilities to specialty finance firms and to other small and medium sized businesses. We help to fill the current financing gap created by the long-term decline in lending by traditional banks to small & medium sized businesses and to various related asset classes. The firm invests directly or indirectly in short-term loans, lines of credit, receivables, real estate loans, and other debt obligations. Our intent is to deliver these compelling, income-producing investment opportunities to our investors.
