Castletop Capital is an investment and management firm dedicated to bringing an active investment style and philosophy to our real estate holdings and portfolio companies. Co-founded in 2000 by Mort Topfer, Alan Topfer and Richard Topfer, Castletop Capital has committed capital resources of $100 million, with a primary focus on real estate investments. In addition, we invest in positive cash flow businesses. Collectively, our managing directors possess more than 100 years of operational business experience which we believe adds significant value to our investments. Our firm's leading objective is to enhance the value and performance of our portfolio via active participation and management. We accomplish this by providing both the capital and our considerable operational, managerial and technical expertise.
