Their focus is on chemicals and specialty materials manufacturing and distribution companies in North and South America and Europe. The ideal company size range is between $50 Million and $1 Billion in revenue. They work in partnership with a very limited number of like-minded private equity funds who provide capital, financial expertise and deal structuring resources to supplement our in-depth chemical industry focus. These funds have the conservative and patient investment philosophy necessary to support value creation in the chemical industry. Neil A Burns LLC provides advisory services on strategic matters affecting chemical companies, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and major investments. As part of this advisory practice we hold board positions with companies where we have an investment position or where we can lend strategic support over the long term.
