Based in Dallas, Texas, Vspeed Capital takes an active role with its investments and provides decades of operational experience and background to its investments. Target Company Profile Vspeed Capital invests in the small to lower middle-market companies with revenues between $10m and $30m and EBITDAs of at least $3m. The company should have a strong management team and market expertise and have multiple years of profitability. We invest in companies where we can take an active management role either personally or with one of our experienced Operating Managers. Vspeed Capital invests its own capital into our portfolio companies alongside our co-investor partners. Industries of Interest Vspeed Capital invests in the technology, manufacturing, and product distribution sectors. We target technology-enabled companies with an identified company differentiation strategy.
