Ocean Avenue Capital is an independent private equity firm based in Santa Monica, California. They formed the firm with the belief that there was a better and more efficient way for their investors to access superior private equity investment opportunities. Their investment focus is inefficient markets, as defined by either the size or the complexity of the transactions. They believe these markets are largely underserved by private equity investors and offer both the most numerous opportunities and the best risk-adjusted returns. They partner with sponsors to invest in small businesses and/or complex situations.
