About Liberty City Ventures
Liberty City Ventures is a seed-stage fund headquartered in New York City. They invest in startups that are innovating at the cross-sections of technology, media, and commerce. Liberty City Ventures began operations in the summer of 2012 and is led by experienced technology executives and investors. They start backing promising startups at an early stage so they can provide value and resources throughout their lifetime and fuel further growth. They commit a percentage of each partner’s time to provide value-added services to their portfolio companies using our expertise in PR, marketing, management, and operations. In addition to its general fund, Liberty City Ventures also has a dedicated Digital Currency Fund with a focus on Bitcoin. They invest in and support companies that are building the infrastructure, products, and services that will become the foundation of a new digital currency.
