Combined with our Corporate Finance & Investor Relations arm we are full service investment & advisory firm with an international investor network, helping accelerate growth for ambitious business operators of both private and listed companies. Based out of London, we operate in the startup through to mid-market space for both private and public companies across the UK/EU, US/Canada, and Australia, with private equity and stock exchange services across those jurisdictions. We hold a stake in a number of investee companies, and maintain advisory board seats to provide ongoing support.
