About Eberg Capital

Eberg Capital was founded as an experiment: can a father and two sons work together, learn from each other, do great work and have fun without family dynamics destroying the beautiful vision? We went into this with a great amount of intention, but it requires constant effort to strike that balance among parent/child, adult/adult and experienced professional/young professional axes. While we’re less than a year into the experiment, I’d say that we’re doing pretty well so far. I’m sure before we’re done we’ll have enough fodder to write a book, but in the meantime we’re just trying to enjoy each other, bring our best selves to our companies and to grow together. Eyes wide open.
