Linx was founded in 1999 on the premise of investing in U.S. industrial companies, utilizing our human and capital resources in partnership with families, entrepreneurs, and management teams to build businesses. The Founder of Linx has worked in private equity for over 40 years. The Managing Directors of Linx have been together in various capacities for over 15 years and have collectively created over 30 such partnerships since the founding of the firm. The firm is managed by its three partners – Babette Henagan, Mark Niznik, and Giny Mullins – Babette has been working in various middle-market industrial companies for over 30 years, and Mark and Giny have been investing in and advising industrial companies collectively for over 25 years. With the varied backgrounds of our partners, Linx is uniquely positioned to be a trusted, value-added partner in building American industrial companies.
