About Bulldog Angel Network
Why We Exist: We want to help Mississippi State University entrepreneurs. Who We Are: We are a network of Mississippi State University alumni and friends of the university that provide angel investments to early stage companies that are majority owned by Mississippi State University students, faculty or alumni. What We Do: By working closely with the Mississippi State Entrepreneurship And Outreach Center, we look for angel investing opportunities and provide a complete process from start to finish to help our members make investments in early stage companies as well as offer opportunities for members to mentor target companies. Benefits: Members get numerous benefits by joining the Bulldog Angel Network such as access to investment deals once per quarter via online meetings, due diligence performed by an ad-hoc committee, ability to discuss deals with other members, opportunity for mentoring young companies and much more. Angel Investing: The Bulldog Angel Network is a member of the Angel Capital Association and generally follows their guidelines for angel investing groups.
