As of December 31, 2016, its portfolio consisted of 49 investments in 40 portfolio companies across 26 different industries. In addition to investments in the United States middle-market companies, it may invest a portion of its capital in opportunistic investments, such as in large the United States companies, foreign companies, stressed or distressed debt, structured products or private equity.
